Where to Stay in Kemer: An Area-by-Area Guide

Many people think of Kemer as one small town, but the district stretches along a long coastline from Beldibi in the north to Çıralı in the south. Where you stay decides how close you are to the sea, the sights and the evening life. Here is how the areas compare and who each one suits.

Kemer Centre: Everything Within Walking Distance

Moonlight Park, the marina, restaurants, shops and nightlife are all a short walk away. It is the most practical area if you do not want a car, like to go out in the evening and want to end the day at the beach. Staying in the centre also means you can walk to a hammam, sauna or massage even late in the evening.

Best for: couples, groups of friends, travellers without a car, short breaks.

Beldibi: Between Mountains and Sea

North of Kemer and closest to Antalya, Beldibi is known for mountains that come right down to the sea and a wide choice of hotels. The drive from the airport is shorter.

Best for: families on all-inclusive holidays, visitors who also want to see Antalya.

Göynük: Near the Canyon, Next to the Centre

Very close to central Kemer, Göynük is popular with families thanks to its canyon and beachfront hotels. The centre is a short ride away.

Best for: families, nature and adventure lovers.

Kiriş and Çamyuva: Quiet and Green

South of Kemer, pine forests run down to the sea in these calm areas, which are also close to the cable car's valley station.

Best for: couples looking for peace, hikers.

Tekirova: Next to Phaselis and the Cable Car

On the southern route, Tekirova is a good base for sightseeing thanks to its closeness to Phaselis and the cable car, with large resorts and long beaches.

Best for: sightseers and families.

Çıralı and Olympos: In the Middle of Nature

Known for guesthouses and bungalows rather than big hotels, this area is next to the Chimaera flames and Olympos ancient city. It is far from the centre but unique for a holiday close to nature.

Best for: nature lovers and travellers who prefer a simple, quiet stay.

What If Your Hotel Has No Spa?

Most boutique hotels, guesthouses and apartments have no hammam or spa, and spas in big hotels can be busy at peak times. Vois VIP Spa is in central Kemer, opposite the town hall inside Vois Hotel, and open to everyone, not only hotel guests. We offer a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and massages every day from 11:00 to midnight.

  • Staying in the centre? Walk over.
  • From Göynük, Beldibi, Kiriş, Çamyuva or Tekirova, take a taxi or dolmuş to the centre and ask for the town hall (Belediye).
  • Open until midnight, so you can sightsee all day and come in the evening.

See package contents and current prices on our packages page. Trying a hammam for the first time? Read our first Turkish bath FAQ.
