This notice explains how Vois VIP Spa & Wellness processes personal data through this website and our contact channels, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What Data We Process
- Online booking form: your name, phone number, preferred date, time, number of guests, service and any note you write.
- Phone and WhatsApp: the name, phone number and messages you share when you contact us.
- Guest survey: your answers are stored without your name or contact details.
- Website assistant: questions you type are sent to our service provider so an answer can be generated, and are kept for a short time. Please do not type personal information into the assistant.
- Technical data and cookies: IP address (stored in encrypted form to prevent abuse), browser information and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager cookies for security and visit statistics.
Why We Process It
To receive booking requests and contact you, answer your questions, improve our services and website, keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are those in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing necessary for entering into or performing a contract, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.
Who We Share It With
We never sell personal data. It may be shared only as far as necessary with our hosting provider, Google (visit statistics), WhatsApp / Meta (when you choose to message us there) and the AI provider behind the website assistant. Some of these providers may store data outside Türkiye. Data may also be shared with authorities where the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
Booking requests and contact records are kept for as long as needed for their purpose and the periods set by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and recipients, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, ask for deletion when the conditions are met, object to a decision made solely by automated means and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Cookies
The website stores small records in your browser to remember your language, chosen currency and that certain pop-ups should not be shown again. Google Analytics cookies are used for visit statistics.
